The power went out!

So, as usual I got up Friday morning and went to work. Once there I see the power lines are down and the power is off! All of the staff stood by the front door telling the students as they arrived. Most were tickled to get a day to shop or spend with family but some acted aggravated which surprised me. Eventually I came back home. My daughter and I spend much of the morning going to yard sales. I got some great bargains by the way. As badly as I feel for the people living near the shopping center the school is at I enjoyed my surprise day off.
