Afraid to leave the Junior room
It seems that several students stress out over moving from the Junior Classroom to the Senior Classrooms. While it seems to me a huge step upward and a recognition of the progress they have made, many see it as a step into the unknown. Sort of like moving up from Middle School to High School one student told me. I make every effort to prepare students for the transition but I wonder if there is something more I could do to make it easier. Is there anything I could do to make this move easier for these students?

It sounds like you're doing all you can to encourage them. Perhaps what truly scares them is new (greater) level of expectation being in the Junior Room brings? I'm not sure whether being in the Junior Room means that they get less supervision while working with clients or whether they get the opportunity to work with real people for the first time but whatever may be the case, if you remind them that they will only be allowed to do what they are capable of, they may feel more assured.
