Leukonychia
Those pesky little whitish dots on your nails. Usually caused by injury to the base of the nail.
My Trinity (grandchild) asked me why she had all these little white spots on her nails yesterday. I told her what they were and to help her understand I explained that they show how brave she is and that they mean she isn't afraid of working hard. She has been helping her Mom move recently and she has hit her hands several times against railings and such so her little hands are full of them right now. Often times we hit our hands against things without even realizing it causing these.
