Rules

It seems from time to time that students try to break the rules. Almost as though they think that rules apply to everyone except them. They of course, expect that everyone else follow the rules. Students try to bend, stretch or just plain break the rules when they don't like the way they apply to them. I truly wish I understood this concept. If anyone knows why rules should be broken to suit each individual please fill me in. Until then just call me clueless....
