Getting Along

One thing I can't stress enough is that students need to learn to get along. It seems imposable for some. How does a person expect to get along in the work world if they can't get along in school long enough to finish their classes? Personalities clash from time to time of course. But, it seems that some folks are out just to see how much turmoil they can create. I don't understand it and probably never will.
